Quickbase builders and admins go to the My pipelines page to view and manage pipelines. The pipelines displayed on the My Pipelines page depend on your account and permissions, but usually only the pipelines you own are shown.

To open the My pipelines page:
- Open the global navigation menu.
- Go to pipelines.
This opens the My pipelines page.
Open the My pipelines page by selecting the Pipelines button at the top.
My pipelines page
On the My pipelines page, there's information about:
- Pipeline activity and channels
- Account pipelines
- Individual pipelines and activity
Pipeline activity and channels
The navigation in the pipelines area of Quickbase helps you easily access important information. The navigation options include:
- Pipelines button—use this button to get to the My pipelines page
- Activity log—open activity for all of your pipelines, automatically filtered to the last 24 hours
- Channels—open a filterable list of all the channels available and explore details
Account pipelines
Information displays about your pipelines. Depending on your permissions, additional information can be available. The information that displays on the My pipelines page about your pipelines includes:
- My pipelines/Realm pipelines—use this button to control which pipelines display on the page. This button only displays for realm admins.
- Billable steps remaining—a total count of how many billable steps, or individual actions or events, are available within a pipeline. This count remains until billable steps are reset.
- Step runs reset date—the date that the billable steps in your realm reset. This only displays for realm admins.
Individual pipelines and activity
On the My pipelines page, there is a filterable, sortable table that lists all of your pipelines. This is where you open a pipeline. The columns for this table include:
- Name—the title of the pipeline that describes the function. Click this column to sort. Click the name of a pipeline to open it in the pipeline designer.
- Tags—custom tags to describe and organize pipelines. Select a tag to add it as a filter.
- Channels—the channels that this pipeline uses. Select a channel to add it as a filter.
- On/Off—an indication if the pipeline is currently active and executing its steps. Click this column to sort.
- Last triggered—the date and time that the pipeline last ran.
- Errors—a summary of how many errors occurred when this pipeline ran. Hover over the icon for more information. If there was an error during the last run, the icon changes.
From the more icon in each pipeline listing you can:
- Select Export to export the pipeline as a YAML file. For more information about YAML and pipelines, see About YAML.
- Select Duplicate to create a copy of the pipeline.
- Select View activity to view the run activity of the pipeline.
- Select Delete to delete the pipeline.
- Select Schedule to edit your existing schedule or add a new schedule.
Pipeline details
Select the gear icon to open Pipeline details.
Information
Open the pipeline details to view information including:
- Basic info—general information about your pipeline like the name, description, Pipeline ID, and pipeline type. If a pipeline is scheduled, the expected next run shows here.
- Channels used—a list of the channels the pipeline uses. Click the icon to add that channel as a filter.
- Quickbase apps used—app details for any table used in Quickbase Channel steps like Records, Bulk Records, and Attachments. If the table isn't in your current realm or has been deleted, the pipeline shows the table’s DBID with a link to help you find more information.
Statistics
Quickbase displays statistics for your pipeline. These include things like when it was triggered, how many step runs it used in the last run and the last 30 days.
