If you would like to sign up for a Quickbase service plan during your initial trial, you don't need to leave the program! Your new service plan goes into effect as soon as you sign up.
Quickbase offers monthly service plans and annual service plans.
You can pay by credit card for both types of plans. If you would like to pay by purchase order, you must select an annual plan.

Quickbase accepts MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, and American Express® cards with billing addresses in all countries except Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change based on changes in US law.

The net invoice amount cannot be more than $50,000 when paying by credit card.
Monthly service plans
Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of the monthly billing cycle.
Any changes you make to your plan go into effect immediately. Should you downgrade or cancel your account in the middle of a billing cycle, per the Quickbase Terms of Service, you are not refunded for the remaining part of the month. If you upgrade your account, you are charged the new amount at the beginning of the next monthly billing cycle.
To sign up for a monthly service plan:

Click Apps in the global navigation menu. Under Account Admin on the right side of the My Apps page, click Sign Up Now.
Or, click the user drop-down in the global bar and choose Sign up now.
Note: Only account admins will see these options. If you do not see the option, you don't have permission to manage the billing account.

The Choose a Plan page displays. Learn more about plan details and pricing.

In the table, select the plan you'd like to sign up for, and increase the number of users allowed by the plan, if needed.

If you want any add-ons (such as, additional storage space or apps), enter the desired quantity.

Click Continue on the upper right.

Enter your payment information in the Billing Information section and click Continue.
To discard your changes and return to the Manage Billing Account page, click Discard Changes under the Plan Information section.

Review your payment information.
If you need to change any of the information, click Edit and make updates.

When you are ready to finish the sign up process, click Submit Your Order. Congratulations, you're now a Quickbase user!
Annual service plans
An annual plan is a yearlong commitment. Should you cancel or downgrade your account, the change goes into effect immediately, and, per the Quickbase Terms of Service, you are not refunded for the remaining part of the year. Once you sign up for an annual plan, you cannot return to a monthly plan.
Service plan upgrades made within the billing cycle go into effect immediately and are pro-rated to your annual bill date. If you sign up for an add-on pack six months into your annual billing cycle, Quickbase will charge you immediately for the remaining time. On your next annual renewal, you are charged the full amount for the plan and add-on packs for that billing cycle.
To sign up for an annual service plan:

Click the Options for paying annually link under the table. Quickbase displays important information about annual plans.

If you agree to all the conditions, click Continue.

In the table, select the plan you'd like to sign up for, and increase the number of users allowed by the plan, if needed.

Click Continue on the upper right.

In the Billing Information panel, choose the payment method and enter your payment information, then click Continue.
To discard your changes and return to the Manage Billing Account page, click the Discard Changes link under the Plan Information panel.

Review your payment information.

Click Submit Your Order. Congratulations, you're now a Quickbase user!
