You can export user information from the Manage Billing Account page, on the Users with Access tab, the Deny tab, or for accounts belonging to a realm, the realm Directory tab. You can also export user information from an app.
To export user information from the Manage Billing Account page:

Access a list of users on the Users with Access or Deny tab. (If your account is in a realm, this functionality is also available from the Directory tab on the Manage Realm page.)

Search or filter the list to access the set of user data you're interested in exporting.

Controls for exporting user data are available at the top of the list.
You can:

Click the Copy button to copy the list of users to the clipboard in tab-delimited format. You can then paste the data into another document.

Click the CSV button to export the list of users in CSV format. Name the file and click Save on the dialog that displays.

Click the Excel button to export the list of users in Excel format. Name the file and click Save on the dialog that displays.
Note: This file is in tab-delimited form, to allow versions of Excel prior to 2007 to open it. If you are using Excel 2007 or Excel 2010, you will see a warning about the file format. Simply click Yes to open the file.

Click the Print button to show a printable list of users. Use the browser's print command to print the list. To return to Quickbase, press the Esc key.

To export all user information from an app:

Go to the app's home page.

Click Users on the Table bar. The Manage Users page displays.

Click Export All Users above the table of users.
Quickbase saves a CSV file of the users from the current app to your browser's default download location. The file's name is
UserExport-dbid.csv
, where dbid is the app's DBID.Note: Groups and group members are included in the exported file, but not members of email domain groups. The exported file contains email addresses for all listed users, even if their email addresses show as private in Quickbase.
