Offline mode is no longer included for new Business and Enterprise plans. Customers who sign up or upgrade to Business or Enterprise plans after February 7, 2024 won't have access to Offline mode in the Quickbase mobile application.
What other options do I have for offline access?
The FastField mobile application enables workers in the field to collect data in forms without an internet connection. As soon as they re-connect, all data is automatically uploaded. You can use FastField to provide mobile forms to people in the field while storing and using all the data collected in Quickbase. Learn more about FastField.
How can I know which apps are available offline?
Apps that are downloaded and ready for offline use have a green arrow icon below the title on the My Apps page.
Is there anything special I need to do to make my app and form available offline?
Check out our Setup document or speak with your account team for more information how to set up your apps for offline.
Will I be notified that I've entered offline mode?

Once I go back online do my records upload automatically?
Yes, but only if you choose to go online. Check out our Going back online page for more information.
What happens if a record fails while trying to upload?
You are notified, and you are able to view the details of the failure in the offline queue. Check out our Going back online page for more information.
