You and other users can get valuable insights using dashboards specific to roles. Mobile users can access the same dashboard as desktop users or an admin can assign a different dashboard for mobile users.
Admins can create role-based dashboards for mobile users by assigning specific workflows to the role. When users open the app, the default dashboard assigned to the role opens.
Mobile dashboards vs desktop dashboards - what's the difference?
The key difference is the layout of the information. Mobile dashboards provide the same information as a desktop dashboard but in widget format. In the mobile dashboard, widgets are stacked in one column for easy viewing. The layout is one vertical column with widgets stacked in order from top-left down.
Need specific functionality for mobile users?
Assign a different dashboard for mobile users and another for desktop users. This is a good idea if mobile users use a subset of features in the field. For example, if mobile users need to create or update service orders in the field you can include those features on the mobile dashboard.
