- Existing Exact Form Microsoft Word templates will continue to work indefinitely
- New accounts created after September 15, 2024 may not create Exact Form templates
- In the second half of 2025, all accounts will lose the ability to create new Exact Form templates
You can use Quickbase's Exact Form template to generate form letters and invoices that display information from your Quickbase application. (Read more.) Once you've created a form for a table, you may want to delete it. You do so from within your Quickbase application.
To delete an Exact form:

Open the application that contains the Exact Form you want to delete.

Click the HOME page icon, click Settings, and then click Pages.

Locate the Exact Form you want to delete.

Complete one of the following tasks:
- To delete more than one Exact Form, select the checkbox next to the name of the Exact Form that you want to delete, then click
Delete at the top of the table.
- To delete a single Exact Form, click the delete icon
- To delete more than one Exact Form, select the checkbox next to the name of the Exact Form that you want to delete, then click
- Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
If one of the selected pages is the Default Home page, it is not deleted.
