Suppose you accidentally deleted the email with the link to your latest receipt. Quickbase makes it easy for you to get a copy of your receipt from the View Billing History page. You can get a copy of receipts for credit card payments listed on this page.
To get a copy of a receipt:
At the top of the Account Summary page, click the View Billing History link.
Scroll down the page to the Billing History table.
Click the View Receipt link associated with a payment.
Note: If you don't see the View Receipt link, or have questions about your receipt, contact Quickbase Customer Care. Payments for annual plans are not shown in the Billing History table if your account is on an older service plan.
