If you forget your Quickbase password, don't try to sign in; just reset your password as described below.
To verify your identity and change your password:
-
On the Sign In page, click I forgot my password.
-
Enter your email address or user name, and click Reset my password.
A message appears telling you that Quickbase has sent you an email message.
-
Open the email, then click the link to confirm that you want to change your password. The link in the email is valid for fifteen minutes.
-
Enter the correct answer for your security question, then enter and confirm your new password and click OK. The link returns you to Quickbase Sign In page.
If you can't remember the answer to your security question during password reset, contact Quickbase Technical Support to reset your security question and answer by using the form available at http://www.quickbase.com/contact-us.
If you are trying to regain access to some Quickbase plan accounts, you will be able to request that your account admin perform the reset instead. Click the link in the reset password email or on the Choose a New Password page to contact your account admin. The link is valid for fifteen minutes.
You will not be able to finish resetting your password until the reset of your security question and answer is complete.
Note: If the account you're accessing does not require you to answer your security question during password reset, then you will only be required to enter and confirm your new password in this step.
-
Enter your email address or user name and your new password to sign in to Quickbase.
