Prevent Application Managers from Granting Access to Everyone on the Internet Access

Quickbase provides the ability to share an app with the entire Internet. As a Billing Account Manager, you can enable or disable this feature.

To prevent an Application Manager from granting public access to an application:

1. Access the Manage Billing Account page.

2. On the right side of the page, choose the More menu, then choose Edit Account Properties.

   Here is an example of the More menu:

   

3. On the Account Summary page, de-select the Allow Public Apps checkbox:

   

4. Click Apply Changes at the bottom of the page.
