Importing in pipelines
To import data using Pipelines, see using copy records in the Quickbase channel and if you need to transform the data or manually enter values, see Bulk Record Sets.
Quickbase handles address data a little differently. Each part of an address, such as street, city, state, comprises a subfield in a single Address field, which is important to keep in mind when importing address data.
When you import, you’ll be prompted to map your fields to fields within the new table.
For each field, you can choose to import that data to an existing field in the table, to create a new field for the data, or not to import it at all. Note that fields mapped to Address subfields are denoted in Field Labels as Address: <subfield>. This shows that your address information is being incorporated into the Address field appropriately.
