Make a copy of a report to make changes that don't effect the original report.
Make a copy directly from the report
Make layout changes to the report by doing things like hiding columns or adding grouping. A blue dot appears over the More actions menu in the page bar to indicate changes have been made.
Open the More actions menu and select Save report as.
This saves the report as a personal report you can continue to change without affecting the original report.
Copy a report from the report builder
You can also copy a report from within the report builder.

Open any report, then click the Customize this report icon in the page bar.

If you want to make changes to the report, do so.

Click Save > Save as in the page bar and give the report a new name. The dialog gives you the option to change report properties that appear in the Basics section of the report builder.

Click OK to save the new report.
