If you have admin permissions for an app, you can see and manage all notifications, subscriptions, and reminders for all tables in the app.
To display a list of all emails in an app:

From the app Home page, click Settings.

Click App management, then click Manage notifications, subscriptions, & reminders. From this page, you can manage all emails for all tables in your app. This page also allows changing individual emails, in addition to the bulk operations mentioned below.
To limit the number of emails shown in the list:
If you have many emails in your app, use the Search emails box at the top of the list to enter a search term. The search term limits the emails shown to ones whose name, table name, or owner contain that term.
You can also use the Show dropdown to limit the display:

show only notifications, or only subscriptions, or only reminders
-
show only personal emails, or only shared emails (Owner = To, Owner != To)

show only active, or only inactive emails
Choose All Emails from the dropdown to show all emails in the list again.
To create a new email:

Display the list of emails in the app.

Click + New Email on the Page bar.

Choose the type of email to create, and click Create.

To activate or deactivate multiple emails:

Display the list of emails in the app.

Select the checkbox next to the name of each email you want to affect.

Click Activate (or Deactivate) at the top of the table. The checkmarks in the Active column reflect the change.
(To activate or deactivate a single email, click the check icon in the email's row in the list. A green checkmark () means the email is active. A grey checkmark () means the email is deactivated. )
To change the owner of multiple emails:

Display the list of emails in the app.

Select the checkbox next to the name of each email you want to affect, then click Change Owner at the top of the table.

Choose the new owner from the dialog.

Click Change Owner on the dialog to confirm.
To delete multiple emails:

Display the list of emails in the app.

Select the checkbox next to the name of each email you want to affect, then click Delete at the top of the table.

Click Delete on the dialog to confirm the deletion.
(To delete a single email, click the delete icon () in the email's row in the list.)
