As an app manager or admin, you will occasionally need to transfer ownership of an email. For example, suppose an employee has left the company but is still getting automated subscriptions from Quickbase. Now you can simply transfer ownership of any email to another user in the app. Also, when a user is denied/deactivated from Quickbase or removed from the app, the automatic emails stop.

Complete one of the following tasks to access the email:
-
For shared emails in a table, open the table that contains the email. Click Settings, then click Notifications, subscriptions, & reminders.
