File Attachment |
On iOS devices when you click on a file attachment a preview of the file will be opened inside the mobile application. The Android operating system supports downloading various types of files, depending on the applications that you have installed on your smartphone or tablet. If you select a file attachment, and the device has an app registered to handle that file type, it downloads the file (which can then be opened in the Downloads app). If the device does not have an app registered to handle that file type, a message displays indicating that the content is not supported and asks if you would still like to download to the file. |
The Android and iOS operating systems support uploading various types of files, depending on the applications that you have installed on your smartphone or tablet. When you tap on the Choose File you are prompted to choose whether you would want to upload the file from your Files or take a new picture with your camera.

Address |
When you click on an address, it will be opened in the Maps app for iOS devices and Google Maps for Android devices. |
The Locate button prompts the user to allow the device to use their location (if they've not yet granted permission for either the browser or the app), and then, if granted, will find approximate address by the device’s location data. Devices running Android version 13 and above or iOS version 14 or above will be able to choose whether to share their Precise or Approximate location. For an improved accuracy we advise users to grant permission for their precise location.
For some Android devices, users will have to switch on the GoogleLocation Accuracy setting from the Settings app in order to be able to use the “Locate” option.
The Map button in edit mode will show in the Maps app for iOS devices or Google Maps for Android devices the entered address. |
Phone number |
When you tap on a phone number, you will be navigated to your Phone app with the number being auto populated. |
