Once you enter records in your application, you'll want to see them from time to time.
To view a saved record:

Open a report of the application that contains the record you want to view, or go to the table Home page for the table that contains the record.

Click next to the entry that you want to view. Quickbase displays the record.

From this page you can do any of the following:

Click Next to view the next record in the table.

Click Return to go back to the report or table Home page you came from.

Click Edit in the Page bar to make changes to the record.

Click Email in the Page bar to email the record to someone.

Click More > Copy this record to make a copy of the record.

Click More > New notification to create a new personal email notification. Notifications let you know when records have been changed.

Click More > Print to print the record.

Click More > Delete this record to delete the record from the application.

Click Return to go back to the report or table Home page you came from.

Tip: If you've just viewed a record, it appears on your recently viewed records list, To access this list, click Favorites on the Global bar, and open the Recently visited in this app section.
